Classic Granite and Marble did a great job for us. They were fast, very communicative and the final product went in perfectly and looks great.  Absolutely no surprises. There was an issue fitting the new sink in under the granite but the technician figured out a way to work around it and all is in and working great. I will/would use them again if needed.

CGM installed our kitchen counters and master bathroom vanity counters recently and we could not be more pleased. Joey, the "templater" (gotta love that title) proved his technical expertise with his exacting measurements. All the counters fit perfectly. On the day of installation I asked Ricardo and Victor many questions about the process; it was interesting watching them ply their trade. Their years of experience showed from their gentle handling of our quartz counter tops to the detailed assembly to the final cleaning and clean-up; no mess was left behind. (They worked so well together it wasn't surprising to find out that they are brothers). And Heather, our Project Manager was extremely helpful throughout the project; the glue that held it all together. My wife and I highly recommend CGM.

This is the second time I have used CGM for a project. Last year, it was new countertops for my kitchen. This time, a smaller project to add a stone top to a piece of furniture to be used as a home bar cabinet. Used the same stone (Temptation Quartzite) because it is absolutely gorgeous! The CGM team is top-notch and professional at every step of the process. From Danielle who took the initial order details to Andrew (Project Manager) to Johnny who handled the template measurements and Reynol who installed the stone top, each step went smoothly. They asked thoughtful questions to ensure nothing was overlooked, communicated crisply, and got the job done on time as promised. Can’t wait to install my new floating shelves and wine rack to complete the project. I highly recommend CGM and will use them again for my next project.

I was given the name of Classic Granite & Marble from a manager at Home Depot. After spending many days at Home Depot they weren’t able to honor any of my bathroom design solutions. When I stopped in to view the many selections that CGM had, I immediately found what I was looking for. My design person Andrew Boone helped complete my sign and answer all my questions. I was amazed at how effortless the process was. I was also amazed at the price to do 3 bathrooms. Within 2 weeks the measurements were taken, the installers were prompt and the plumber arrived on time and all was done within 3 weeks. I would highly recommend CGM to my neighbors, family and friends. I’m truly amazed with my countertops and installation of the new faucets.

Classic Granite and Marble has been excellent to work with in our "startup" construction business. They have accommodated our hectic/chaotic schedule and even been able to move appointments around as we refine our process. Henry, Aylissa, and Christine are names that come to mind when I consider the great customer service I have received, but everyone there has been easy to work with so far. We even had a few small issues. Those were treated with respect and timeliness. Issues are unavoidable in this business and it matters not if/when they happen, but how they are handled. I would highly recommend CGM for your countertop and kitchen needs - both DIYs and construction. You will be wowed by their showroom/warehouse/HQ!! Truly incredible! You almost miss it when you drive by because it looks fancier than you would imagine such an outfit to be.

From start (with Edward Gay) to finish (installers and plumber), my experience with Classic Granite was wonderful. I was searching for the perfect Quartzite countertop, and Edward provided great help with my selection as well as assisted with finding a new sink and faucet that would complement the countertops. Scheduling and communication from Class Granite was reliable/quick, and the installers were professional and completed top-notch work. I highly recommend! We love our new quartz helix countertops, which we bought sight unseen but they are just like the sample ...in fact even better. They really brighten our kitchen and contrast perfectly with the dark cabinets. Shellie at Classic Granite and Marble is an excellent project manager. Despite a small scheduling glitch, she worked with us to resolve the issue. She is very professional and courteous. The installers were very prompt and polite and they cleaned up the kitchen pretty well. We also received a call when they were on their way which was awesome. Having my granite countertops installed by Classic Granite and design was a wonderful choice and experience. From first contact to installation everyone and tasks were performed professionally, seamless and on time. Meeting with Sarah at my home to show samples, she explained all aspects along with choices that would meet my expectations. Sarah then met me at their facility to see slab and options. Sarah easily set schedule to meet my timelines and work schedule. Templator Johnny was on time, answered questions and pointed out potential issues to prepare me for install allowing me to address since I was performing plumbing work and demo of old tops. Lastly Gustavo and his helper were on time (actually 2 hours earlier than expected} were courteous, respectful and answered any questions during installation. Looks and install exceeded my expectations and extremely happy with results.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! We worked with Christine throughout the process and she was great at answering all of our questions and following up when she had to consult others for the answers. Our template was done by Brandon who was also great at answering questions and very precise in his measurements! Before installation day we went to the gorgeous showroom/warehouse and we’re so glad we did! We were feeling a bit hesitant about the original quartz we had picked out so Christine showed us some other options and thanks to her recommendations and expertise, we found 3 good contenders and ultimately landed on one that we loved. When it came to installation day, the installation crew was friendly, professional, skilled and proficient. They had to cut our sink on site to make it work and they ended up completing the install in only an hour! We were amazed at how quick yet thorough they were - including cleaning up when they were done! We are beyond happy with how the countertop turned out! To round out the wonderful experience, Christine checked in after install to ensure everything went well. We highly recommend CGM for any project you may have!
