- Apply a gentle, non-abrasive cleanser mixed with water. For tougher cleanups, use a gentle liquid cleanser and rinse well.
- Use a soft cloth to gently clean your surface, then rinse and dry thoroughly to prevent staining.
- Avoid using abrasive cleaners, scrubs, acidic cleaners, or cooking oils directly on the stone surfaces.
RE-SEAL
SURFACES
- For natural stone re-seal surfaces yearly to prevent them from becoming porous and more susceptible to staining.
- For Soapstone apply mineral oil regularly, this can help maintain its natural color and finish, as well as help with any minor scratches that may occur over time.

2. ASSESS CLAIM
Our team may request more photos of the damage or stain; kindly submit them within 30 days of the request. Furthermore, we will arrange an appointment for the repair.
3. REPAIR
Our CGM Certified Installation Technicians will service your countertop at no cost to you!
