According to Remodeling Magazine, kitchen remodels with granite or natural stone countertops return an average of 50-100% of the money invested at resale.  That’s huge!  What kind of an investment in the stock market delivers solid 2 and 3-digit returns?  Bathrooms are about the same, on average returning roughly 40-100% of the investment.  All this talk of return is absolutely dependent on your real estate market climate, and of course, one has to be a savvy buyer never losing touch with a healthy but conservative budget.
